Politique d’expédition

1. Shipping zones

We currently ship orders to the following countries:

  • Belgium

  • France, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg (neighboring EU countries)

We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.

2. Shipping rates

  • Belgium: 6 € flat rate

  • France, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg: 13 € flat rate

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery time

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • France, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

5. Tracking

  • A tracking link will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Lost or damaged packages

  • Douzième Cercle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at douziemecercle@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
