At Douzième Cercle, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including hangtags and polybags).

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Process

1. Contact us at douziemecercle@gmail.com with your order number.

2. We will provide you with the return instructions.

3. Once we receive and check the product, we will notify you.

Refunds

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

• Exchanges are not available at the moment. If you need a different size, please place a new order.
